Cancellation fee

If you cannot come on the day of your appointment, please be sure to notify us 3:00pm the previous day there is no charge.
Any cancellation or rescheduling after 3:00pm the previous day will incure 50% cancellation fee
If you don`t call us or don`t show up, we will charge 100% cancellation fee

Appointments

If you arrive late for your appointment some service may be rescheduled to maintain our busy schedule.
However no adjustments will be made in regards to the pricing of the service.

If you are pregnant, please notify our staffs before your service or making an appointment

If we see any signs or irritation or swelling, we may ask you to consult a doctor before
we can proceed with the service
For any questions please feel free to ask our staffs

Warrant for Nail Art

Regular polish: Please give us a call by the day your nails were done
Gel polish: Please give us a call within 7 days of having your nails done (includes the day)
The design will cost additional fee
Also please make sure to call us to make an appointment to get your nail fixed

If we see any signs of irritations or swelling, we may ask you to consult a doctor before
we can proceed with the services.

Gift certificate (fee)

The gift certificates must be used for the service purchased. No exchanges or service or refunds allowed.
Stamp cards are available at the front desk. Stamp cards cannot be shared or given to
other partons. If stamps cards is used by anyone other than the parton it was issued to, it will
be confiscated by the services staff.

COCOK`spa provides an unsupervised play area for children. However it is the partons
responsibility to ensuring children behaviour and safety while in COCOK`spa. We will not
be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur in our facility.
